Quetor suffered from complex data presentation that overwhelmed new users, leading to high drop-off rates during the critical initial onboarding phase.
The Solution
I completely overhauled the information architecture, implementing sophisticated progressive disclosure techniques. The interface was stripped back to a minimalist, distraction-free environment. I designed contextual tooltips and a conversational onboarding flow that gently guided users through the complex feature set.

The redesign directly resulted in a massive drop in customer support queries regarding navigation, and significantly boosted long-term engagement metrics by making the platform feel effortless.
