The Challenge
After conducting extensive research on existing 'quick commerce' sharks, the critical pain point I identified was the onboarding friction for non-tech-savvy local vendors, alongside the logistical nightmare of mapping intersecting hyper-local delivery radiuses across city blocks.
The Solution
I designed a remarkably frictionless vendor-facing interface with guided, voice-assisted inventory uploading to eliminate the tech barrier. For consumers, the app features an ultra-fast, visually rich browsing experience that uses geolocation to instantly highlight local store proximity and real-time inventory.
The Impact
