Overview
A colossal, multi-faceted 'Super App' ecosystem designed to house various service verticals—including food delivery, salon bookings, event management, and ride-hailing—under a single, unified digital roof. This project required designing interconnected platforms: a Consumer App, a Partner App (for shops and delivery personnel), and a Master Admin Web Dashboard.
The Challenge
The monumental challenge was aligning vastly different business models into one seamless application without causing extreme cognitive overload. The sheer scale required collaborating with multiple specialized teams, handling deep edge cases, and ensuring that booking a salon felt just as native and frictionless as ordering a coffee, all while maintaining a strict, universal design system.
The Solution
I architected a modular, strictly role-based infrastructure. The Consumer App utilizes an adaptive home screen that learns user preferences to surface relevant categories. The Partner App features high-contrast, fast-action interfaces tailored for busy delivery drivers and shop owners in bright outdoor environments. The Master Admin Web Dashboard was built with dense, real-time data visualization to monitor the entire city's operations at a glance.
The Impact
Successfully integrated over 5 distinct business models into a single Super App, streamlining city-wide operations and creating a highly sticky user ecosystem that drastically reduced app fatigue and user drop-off.
